Gooey and amazing! 200g dark chocolate, 200g un salted butter, 2 whole eggs + 2 extra egg yolks, 240g caster sugar, 200g plain flour. Melt chocolate & butter. Whisk eggs (all of then) til light & fluffy. Whisk in sugar. Fold in chocolate & flour. Put in small rammekins (cup cake trays also work). Cook at 200 degrees for 13 minutes (it’s important to time them really well or they won’t be gooey). Serve with icecream 🙂 we used raspberry icecream and Oh my goodness I died & went to heaven! Seriously AMAZING. P.S. that recipe was given to my husband by a chef in Italy 🙂

  • 5 Minute Choccie Cake 🙂 Thought you would appreciate this recipe…. I LOVE it!! It’s great for little children to make (just the right size – and doesn’t take long) and also helps them with their counting…. But then, it’s also dangerous for us adults…. because we’re only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!!!!!! 4 tablespoons flour, 4 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, 3 tablespoons milk, 3 tablespoons oil, 3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)or chic chunks, 1 egg, Small splash of vanilla essence. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and vanilla and mix again. Put mix into an extra large coffee cup, or small bowl. Put in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don’t be alarmed! Allow to cool a little and tip onto a plate if desired!
