This is a super easy throw-it-all-in recipe and tastes great. Kids and hubby love to take one for morning tea and another after school.
2 cups self raising flour
115g soft butter
pinch of salt
1 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
¾ cup milk
Simply add all ingredients in together and mix until well combined.
Fill patty pans 3 quarters full, place in oven at 180C for 18-20 mins or until a light golden brown colour. Allow to cool. Ice and decorate with whatever you like.
Hint: Place patty pans into a muffin tray so your cupcakes keep shape.
