This is an easy meal to make. Kids will enjoy opening up the bbq lamb parcel and see what’s in there. You can also get the kids to help make them.
4 large lean lamb steaks
1 Onion Sliced into rings
2 tablespoons chopped Parsley
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
1 Tablespoon Cider vinegar
2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
1. Trim all fat from meat.
2. For the Marinade combine Sauces, Sugar, Vinegar and garlic with meat combine and-marinade meat for at least 15 minutes
3. Place each steak and a little sauce on a sheet of aluminium foil large enough to enclose it completely.
4. Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of Parsley and a few Onion rings over each steak.
5. Wrap steaks lightly in foil and BBQ or grill as desired.
