{RECIPE} Tuna Melts

Tuna Melts

It can be hard to get kids to eat fish or veggies. These savoury pancakes hide both and taste great – so the kids love them and they’re good for them too.
Ingredients 
125g can of creamed corn
125g can corn kernels
95 gram tuna (or salmon)
1/2 cup cheese, grated
1 1/4 cups plain flour
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
Olive oil to fry

Method 
1/ Whisk milk and eggs together
2/ Add all other ingredients and mix until you have a consistant batter
3/ Heat the oil in a fry pan over medium, dollop tablespoons full of batter into the pan and cook each side for a few minutes until golden
