I know by talking to other parents I am not alone, which is why I started\u00a0<\/em>Little People, Big Tummies<\/a>\u00a0. My girls and I often cook together as I think it\u2019s a great way to get them interested in healthy eating and trying new things. Not to mention teaching them how to cook which is a great skill to have. \n5 cups of popped popcorn
\n1 cup of chopped apricots
\n1\/2 cup shredded coconut
\n1\/3 cup of coconut oil
\n1\/4 honey
\n1\/2 cup of rice-malt syrup
\nTeaspoon of cinnamon<\/p>\n
\nPlace popcorn Into a bowl along with the other dry ingredients. Put honey, syrup, cinnamon into a sauce pan a heat until bubbly the pour over the top of the ingredients in the bowl. Spread out in a slice tray and refrigerate for an hour. Once cooled slice up and pop into a air tight container in the fridge!<\/p>\n
