I love beef mince. It is such a versatile ‘cut’ of meat. It is cheap, and defrosts quickly when you have left meal preparations to the last minute. I have lots of mince recipes that I will be sharing with you over the coming posts, and the one I am starting with is San Chow Bow.
This recipe is egg free and dairy free, great for kids with allergies! I came up with this recipe because I love pumpkin, but sadly, in my house, I am the only one, so I always have extra pumpkin that needs using up. My kids really loved this cake, and I was happy to be giving them a treat that had veggies in it!
