4 ingredient quiche! These mini quiche are great for chubby little fingers as a simple finger food. Kids love to feed themselves and these little quiche are filled with goodness of fibre, protein and dairy, these are an easy to whip up morning tea that’s perfect to freeze!
- 3 Eggs
- 1/2 Cup Corn
- 1/2 Cup Cheese (Grated)
- 1 Carrot
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celcius (fan forced) and lightly grease mini muffin tray.
- Grate the carrot and place into a bowl. Add all other ingredients and combine.
- Spoon mixture into mini muffin tray and put in the oven for 15 mins or until golden.
- Remove from oven and cool. Eat whilst warm or cool.
