The NSW Government has announced a new $100 rebate for school aged kids called the Creative Kids Rebate.
If you have a child enrolled in school and you live in NSW, you’re in luck! As of January 1, 2019, school aged NSW kids are eligible for a $100 rebate known as the Creative Kids Rebate, to go towards creative activities such as music lessons, acting and other visual and performing arts.
Families will also be able to collect their $100 Active Kids rebate which was a huge success in 2018, helping families to ease the cost of sporting activities for their kids.
“We want to give every encouragement and every opportunity for children to try new things and have the best start in life,” said Treasurer, Dominic Perrottet.
Families can claim up to $200 per child to assist with extra curricular activities by approved providers.
Eligible families can redeem their vouchers from Services NSW either in a branch or online. If you haven’t received your Active Kids Voucher for 2018, there’s still time to claim it here.
