This loaf is gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. It’s also I guilt free little treat. Awesome to have with your morning coffee or to pack up on the go for your little one.
Ingredients
4 eggs
1/3 almond meal
1/2 cup of coconut milk
2 tablespoons of honey
Teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons of coconut flour
2/3 cup of dark chocolate chips ( or dairy free ones you can get in the health food isle)
3 over ripe bananas
1/4 cup of coconut oil
Method
Pre-heat oven to 180
Mash banana and add to beaten eggs. Add dry ingredients and stir through. Once mixed add the milk and oil until mixed through.
Place mixture into a lined loaf tray and cook for 50 Min.
