This easy creamy chicken carbonara is a family favourite in my house. It is an egg-free recipe so is the perfect pasta dish for those with egg allergies. It’s simple and quick to make and tastes delicious. If your family love pasta then this is a must try recipe. This recipe is by Leanne Jacobson.
Creamy chicken carbonara Ingredients
1 tsp garlic
1-2 tsp chives
1 large chicken breast diced
2-3 bacon rashers diced
1 cup grated cheese
1 packet of fresh fettuccine
Salt and pepper
How to make chicken carbonara
Place the garlic, chives, chicken, and bacon into a frying pan and cook until chicken is cooked through. Add cream, salt and pepper and allow to simmer.
Add fresh Pasta to salted boiling water until cooked. Drain water from pasta. Pour the chicken and cream mix in with pasta add cheese and mix together.
