This easy creamy chicken carbonara is a family favourite in my house. It is an egg-free recipe so is the perfect pasta dish for those with egg allergies. It’s simple and quick to make and tastes delicious. If your family love pasta then this is a must try recipe. This recipe is by Leanne Jacobson.
Easy creamy chicken carbonara ingredients
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1-2 tsp chives
- 1 large chicken breast diced
- 2-3 bacon rashers diced
- 400ml cream
- 1 cup grated cheese
- 1 packet of fresh fettuccine
- Salt and pepper
Method:
Step 1: Place the garlic, chives, chicken, and bacon into a frying pan and cook until chicken is cooked through. Add cream, salt and pepper and allow to simmer.
Step 2: Add fresh Pasta to salted boiling water until cooked. Drain water from pasta. Pour the chicken and cream mix in with pasta add cheese and mix together.
