This is a family favoruite in my house. It’s simple and quick to make and tastes delicious. Plus it doesn’t have eggs like a lot of carbonaras do.

We all love a one-pot-wonder and this is a lovely hearty meal for the whole family to enjoy. High in protein and carbohydrates, and low in fat you can enjoy this as is, or for a creamier rice, stir through some grated cheese straight from the oven.

Anything in miniature is cute, especially these mini Vol au Vents which your guests will be snapping up in no time!  They are really easy to make, don’t cost the earth and are a great addition to a party!  You can even pre-make the filling and keep it in the refrigerator up to 2 days ahead!

This is my go-to lunch. Simple, tasty and healthy. All it takes is two ingredients and you have a quick, easy and light meal which is perfect served with a simple salad. Also great for kids as finger food (just be aware of the ingredients in your dukkah in case of allergies).
