We all love a one-pot-wonder and this is a lovely hearty meal for the whole family to enjoy. High in protein and carbohydrates, and low in fat you can enjoy this as is, or for a creamier rice, stir through some grated cheese straight from the oven.
Anything in miniature is cute, especially these mini Vol au Vents which your guests will be snapping up in no time! They are really easy to make, don’t cost the earth and are a great addition to a party! You can even pre-make the filling and keep it in the refrigerator up to 2 days ahead!

This is my go-to lunch. Simple, tasty and healthy. All it takes is two ingredients and you have a quick, easy and light meal which is perfect served with a simple salad. Also great for kids as finger food (just be aware of the ingredients in your dukkah in case of allergies).
Chicken Pilaf is a dish most families tend to have on a regular basis, there may be a heap of different ways to make it, but we think Danni & Mel from Honey You Baked have nailed their version of the super yummy Chicken Pilaf.
This dinner is one of my absolute favourites – it is super easy, extremely tasty and freezes really well. My husband asks for it all the time and I have even served it for a Father’s Day dinner for my whole extended family. Everyone loved it.
Not sure what to make for dinner tonight? Try these chicken schnitzel fingers, the kids will love them and you will love how simple they are to make. You probably have all the ingredients in the house too, so this recipe may even save you a trip to the supermarket.
Apricot and chicken is a match made in heaven. Even the fussiest eaters will find it hard to resist the crunchy coating and sweet chicken flavour. You might want to make a second batch as these little roly polys will not last long.
