Pear, macadamia and quinoa muffins are something a little different and both yummy and healthy. Lovely for the whole family you can eat them as they are or warm with some yoghurt and stewed fruit. If you don’t have quinoa flour you can substitute it for wholemeal (or white) flour.
This dinner is one of my absolute favourites – it is super easy, extremely tasty and freezes really well. My husband asks for it all the time and I have even served it for a Father’s Day dinner for my whole extended family. Everyone loved it.
