Ingredients
425 ml can Mango slices
1 kg pork Chops or ribs
1/3 cup dark Soy Sauce
1/3 cup Honey
2 Teaspoons Five Spice
6 Garlic chopped
2 Teaspoons Chilli Sauce
2 cm piece of ginger grated ( Optional)
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
Place Mango slices into a bowl and blend until smooth
Combine pork , mango and all other ingredients and mix through well.
Marinate for 15 minutes or a few hours in the fridge.
Place pork on a baking dish and cover and cook for 20 minutes then turn the pork over and bake for further 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake for another 10 minutes. Baste with the mango juice every 10 minutes.
