Easter is just a hop away and children love getting involved. These Easter bunny cupcakes are perfect to get your little bakers decorating. My daughter and I had so much fun making these, we are going to make another batch to take to kindy.
These little bunny cupcakes are sure to be a bit with your kids too.
Ingredients for Easter bunny cupcakes:
- Cupcake mix or use this simple cupcake recipe
- Shredded coconut
- Strawberry and cream lollies
- Blue and red mini M&Ms
- White Tic Tacs
- Black writing icing
Method for Easter bunny cupcakes:
Step 1. Make up the cake mix as per the box instructions.
Step 2. Let the cupcakes cool completely before decorating.
Step 3. Cover the tops in plain frosting, then dip in shredded coconut.
Step 4. Use ‘strawberry & cream’ lollies for the ears, blue mini M&Ms for the eyes, red mini M&Ms for the nose, Tic Tacs for the teeth, and black icing in a tube for the black dot in the eyes.
