{CRAFT} Paper Plate Easter Bunny Basket

by Bec from Toddler Craft

We will be doing an Easter Egg hunt at our house this year, thought it would be great to come up with a basket to carry our little ones findings.

You will need:

  • 4 Paper plates (I used 2 dinner sized and 2 side plate size)
  • Stapler
  • Glue
  • Scissors
  • Paint (I used pink for the ears and tummy and black for the nose)
  • Cotton balls
  • Egg carton section (for the nose)

Method on how to make a Paper Plate Easter Bunny Basket

STEP ONE: Staple one side plate to one dinner plate

STEP TWO: Cut the second dinner plate in half

STEP THREE: Staple one half of the cut dinner plate upside down to the whole dinner plate to make the pocket.

STEP FOUR:  Cut the side second side plate in half

STEP FIVE: Cut each half into quarters but don’t cut all the way through. Leave about 2cms at the edge paper plate easter bunny basket
