I know when I was feeding in the early days it was hard to get much done, these can be done very quickly and can be frozen for later. Fish is a great source of protein which is very important when feeding yourself and your baby.

This is my go-to lunch. Simple, tasty and healthy. All it takes is two ingredients and you have a quick, easy and light meal which is perfect served with a simple salad. Also great for kids as finger food (just be aware of the ingredients in your dukkah in case of allergies).
This dinner is one of my absolute favourites – it is super easy, extremely tasty and freezes really well. My husband asks for it all the time and I have even served it for a Father’s Day dinner for my whole extended family. Everyone loved it.
When my bananas become inedible (happens pretty quickly in Perth after a hot day) I pop them in the freezer. They are perfect for muffins and cakes and make them yummy and moist.I whipped these up in the thermomix. They took 10 seconds and they are deliciously light and fluffy. Perfect for an after school snack. I generally encourage the children to eat them outside as they are pretty crumbly.
